QuoteDesk turns a customer's WhatsApp or email into an itemised quotation from your own price list: laid out by room and trade, with GST, your payment schedule and your terms, ready to print, save as a PDF or send on WhatsApp. It reminds you to follow up on day 3 and day 7.
Four steps
- Your firm and prices. Paste your price list from Excel or an old quotation. You check every line.
- Your terms. Payment schedule, rooms, what is included and not. Our defaults are fine to start.
- Your first quote. Paste a real enquiry, or try ours.
- Keep it safe. Download a backup file.
Good to know first
- Free, no sign-up, no AI. The reading is fixed rules, so the same message always gives the same draft.
- Everything stays in this browser on this device. We never see your prices, your customers or your quotes, unless you later choose a free account to use it on every device. We only count, anonymously, how many people reach each step (privacy).
- Without an account there is no login and nothing syncs: to use another phone or computer, move it with a backup file, or turn on the free account in Backup.
- QuoteDesk never sends anything. You check the quote and send it yourself.

If a message does not mention these, the quote screen lists the question and a WhatsApp message asking it. Keywords: words that show the customer already told you (comma separated).

Your free account (optional)
Use QuoteDesk on your phone and your computer, and keep it safe if a phone is lost. Your firm, prices and quotes (with your customers' names, phone numbers, emails and the enquiry messages you paste) are kept as a private copy on our servers in Singapore. Only a code sent to your email signs a device in, and you can delete the copy any time (that signs out every device). Free, no password: we email you a code.
Backup file
Your firm details, prices and quotes are saved in this browser. Without an account we never see them. Download a backup now and then, and to move to another phone or computer, load it there.
Downloads won, lost and replaced quotes older than 6 months to a file, then removes them from this device to free space.
QuoteDesk reads customer messages with fixed rules, not AI, so the same message always gives the same draft. Every price comes from your own list, and you approve and send every quote yourself.
