QuoteDesk (quotedesk.fullerly.com) is made by Fullerly and operated by Aye Bot Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202549226G), Singapore. This notice explains what happens to information you give QuoteDesk, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

On your device

QuoteDesk runs in your browser. Your firm details, prices and quotes, including your customers' names and phone numbers, are saved in that browser only, and we do not receive them. The demo at /quotedesk/try uses pretend businesses and sends nothing you type.

Anonymous step counts

To see how QuoteDesk is used, the app sends us an anonymous count when a device reaches a step: first opened, used that day, saved its own prices, drafted or sent a first quote, finished setup, or sent or won a quote; our server also counts when a free account is made or deleted. A count carries no time finer than the day, no name, no identifier, no cookie and nothing you typed. Nothing is sent if your browser asks sites not to track you (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track). Counts are deleted after about 13 months.

A free account (optional)

If you choose a free QuoteDesk account, we keep your email address and a private copy of that same QuoteDesk data (including your customers' names, phone numbers, emails and the enquiry messages you paste, and your logo) on Google Cloud in Singapore, in storage used only by QuoteDesk, so you can use it on another device. Only a code sent to your email signs a device in. The code is sent through our email provider, Resend.

We use it to give it back to you on your devices and to run the service: we can see your email, your firm name, when you joined and last synced, and how many prices and quotes you have and how many were sent, won or lost. We do not open your quotes or your customers' details. We do not sell it or use it for marketing, and we email you only the sign-in codes you ask for.

It is kept until you press "Delete my account copy" in Backup, which removes it from our servers and signs out every device on that account (copies on your own devices stay). Our storage provider keeps deleted files for up to 7 more days as a safety copy before they are erased for good; nobody uses them in that time. Your customers' details are yours: you collect them, and you decide what to keep.

Cookies and logs

QuoteDesk sets no cookies unless you sign in to a free account, which sets one cookie (qd_s, 180 days); the owner's admin console uses its own (qd_a, 30 days). It runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from QuoteDesk itself. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and time) for security and operations.
